If you run a swim school, you could find it useful to colour code your swim caps to match your stages. It may be wise to simply keep the colours simple to match the badges. Using colour coded swim caps also allows swimmers to find the correct groups easily especially in large swim schools, it allows lifeguards to see who should be where in the swimming pool, which is also good for safety!
Using super soft silicone swimming caps is a great option, they are reasonably cheap and soft on even the youngest swimmers head.. They come in many fantastic colours, are more eco friendly, are easy to use and you can have a multi coloured logo printed on them.
Another more common option you have is to use a latex swimming cap. They are slightly more cost effective for swim schools who always have a budget to keep to, however, these do rip, and tend to stick together after frequent use. The other restriction you have with latex caps is that you can use only a one colour logo on them. Multiple coloured logo’s tend to peel off.
Classic silicone is a very very good option, these are high quality and do look and last much longer. They come at a heavier price and are often used by swimming clubs as long lasting caps are needed in that environment.
